Deliver and design training for bus and streetcar operators and staff, manage CDL/streetcar certification processes, administer LMS/HRIS training records and reporting, ensure DOT/CDL safety and compliance, evaluate course effectiveness, coordinate cross-departmental and vendor training activities, and support continuous improvement of transit training programs.

Provide frontline technical support for systems, infrastructure, devices, and operational technologies. Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and document hardware, software, networking, A/V, and enterprise systems. Support deployments, account administration, asset management, preventive maintenance, and collaborate with staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure reliable, secure, customer-focused technology services.
