Develop scalable and reliable software for operational dashboards and electronic procedure tools for space missions, while ensuring high-quality code and user experiences.

Lead and scale the SDR team by hiring, coaching, and managing performance. Own outbound quota, develop outbound messaging and playbooks, track KPIs, forecast pipeline, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive predictable B2B SaaS pipeline growth.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform areas. Conduct customer discovery, write requirements, prioritize backlogs, partner with engineering and design, translate complex workflows into reliable UX, use data to measure outcomes, and support go-to-market and adoption efforts in a fast-paced, mission-critical SaaS environment.

Own full sales cycle for complex technical SaaS in aerospace and related industries: generate outbound pipeline, lead technical demos and discovery, build business cases, close deals, maintain forecasting and CRM, and represent the company at industry events. Collaborate with Product and Engineering and exceed revenue targets.
