Explain CData’s value proposition, test outbound cadences, nurture prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate qualified opportunity handoffs with sales counterparts.

Drive new enterprise business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts across the full sales cycle. Build strategic relationships with executives, conduct needs assessments, present CData solutions, manage pipelines and forecasts, negotiate contracts, and achieve new-booked-business quotas. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Success on onboarding, while representing CData at industry events. The role requires enterprise SaaS or data integration sales experience and up to 25% travel.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: discover customer needs, deliver tailored demos/POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, own complex technical deals, mentor SEs, liaise with product and support, and shape product roadmap through customer feedback.
