Lead enterprise FP&A and strategic finance initiatives, consolidate forecasts and long-range plans, improve financial systems and reporting, provide executive-level analysis and recommendations, and oversee cash flow and capital planning to align financial strategy with organizational goals.

Provides executive leadership for enterprise data and digital strategy across HealthPartners’ payer and care-delivery businesses. Oversees digital products, web and mobile platforms, integration services, data engineering, governance, analytics, AI, automation, platform operations, security, compliance, budgets, vendors, and portfolio prioritization. Leads multidisciplinary teams and executive partnerships to deliver secure, scalable, measurable improvements in patient, member, provider, employee, and business experiences.

Serves as a finance liaison for assigned healthcare service lines, performing variance, forecast, profitability, and ad hoc analyses. Supports financial reporting, data gathering, general ledger and subsystem structure changes, process improvement, and customer request resolution. The role also helps service-line leaders build financial knowledge and maintains expertise in systems and processes affecting financial data.

Serve as primary phone and email contact for employer-portal website issues; troubleshoot and resolve user problems; document and escalate trends; coordinate with IS&T and other departments on fixes and enhancements; assist with testing, implementation, training, and demos for employer web applications.

Lead strategic internal communications for HR, IT, and security; advise executives; design and oversee large cross-functional communication programs; mentor colleagues; use data and insights to measure and optimize outcomes; build trusted partnerships and ensure execution aligns with strategy.

Provide technical and programming support for actuarial and underwriting systems: design specifications, code, test, debug, document complex programs, analyze proposals, lead projects and programmers, and ensure production data integrity.

Record and reconcile financial transactions per GAAP, support month-end close, prepare journal entries and financial statements, maintain fixed asset records, perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, handle billings and receipts, research and resolve reconciling items, improve controls and document processes, and support audits.

The Enterprise Application and Data Architect defines application architecture, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures alignment with strategic goals by improving data and software systems.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models for Finance and operations; collaborate with analysts and data scientists to provision trusted analytics; ensure governance, performance, testing, and incident root-cause fixes; recommend technologies and mentor team members to adopt cloud-first, best-practice data architectures.

The Enterprise Cloud Architect at HealthPartners will design cloud infrastructure, ensure compliance with security standards, and guide workload migrations, while collaborating with various teams for enterprise-wide architecture optimization.
