Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and internal controls for North American manufacturing operations. Improves manufacturing performance through production planning, workflow analysis, continuous improvement, equipment readiness, quality initiatives, safety compliance, and performance reporting. Leads and develops production teams, collaborates with Quality and Operations, investigates defects, monitors output and downtime, and uses data to drive throughput, productivity, and waste reduction. The role is onsite in Plano, Texas, and requires U.S. citizenship without visa sponsorship.

Lead full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, internal controls, statutory reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Manage and develop the accounting team, support forecasts, advise senior management, and ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
