Drives complex engineering initiatives from conception through deployment, managing schedules, risks, scalability, and cross-functional execution. Performs FTA, FMEA, HAZOP, probabilistic risk assessments, Monte Carlo simulations, and reliability analyses. Partners with operations, sales, engineering, and plant leadership to improve profitability, implement process improvements, and report key financial metrics. Manages accounting staff and develops cost and pricing structures for government bids.

Design, program, integrate, troubleshoot, and commission industrial control systems for thermal management and automated test equipment. Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions; integrate sensors, actuators, drives, motion systems, and industrial networks. Create electrical schematics and documentation, support testing, validation, prototypes, manufacturing, installation, and field service, and collaborate across engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and support embedded and application-level software for high-performance thermal control systems. Responsibilities include full lifecycle development, control algorithm integration, proof-of-concept studies, maintenance of existing products, application and driver deployment on Linux and Windows, and user interface programming. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams and may involve Docker, industrial communication protocols, and high-reliability coding practices.

Manage and grow existing Engineered Materials accounts in the Data Center segment while developing new business. Build relationships across customer organizations, perform market analysis, support quoting and project execution, collaborate with engineering and sales operations, and track opportunities in Salesforce. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Develop and execute global procurement and supply chain strategies; manage strategic suppliers, contracts, negotiations, costs, tariffs, freight, sustainability, inventory reporting, and supply chain risk. Lead supplier performance and corrective actions, guide purchasing teams, improve real-time supply chain visibility, support Business Central data optimization, and partner with IT on AI-enabled decision-making. The role also manages travel-related contracts and presents spending and operational metrics.

Supports the design, modeling, simulation, and experimental validation of thermal management systems for electronics cooling. Responsibilities include thermal-fluid modeling, liquid and two-phase cooling design, machine learning application, data center cooling analysis, experiments, instrumentation, CAD documentation, Python and MATLAB tool development, prototype testing, and collaboration with senior engineers on cooling technology improvements.

Design and develop electronic hardware and PCBs for thermal test systems in the semiconductor industry. Create schematics and PCB layouts, select components, lead feasibility and validation testing, perform failure analysis, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for product requirements and production launches.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new customers and expanding existing accounts in manufacturing. Build relationships, develop sales strategies, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage quotations and CRM (Salesforce), and travel (including international) to win business and support project implementation.
