Lead Cohere’s corporate development strategy across M&A, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and government relationships. Build trusted headcount, attrition, and cost reporting; define metrics; improve data quality and governance; support Rippling implementation; automate self-service reporting; and establish audit-ready controls. The role partners with HRIS, Finance, and IT while supporting employee operations across multiple countries, entities, EORs, and contractors.
