Build and lead Cohere's APAC PR and corporate communications function: develop regional strategies, hire and manage teams and agencies, align messaging with global comms, drive executive thought leadership and events, prepare crisis response, integrate AI into content workflows, and use audience insights to amplify reputation across governments, enterprises, partners, and employees.

Lead product and technology communications for Cohere by partnering with product, engineering, research, and GTM teams. Develop messaging, launch materials, thought leadership, and crisis communications; translate complex AI/technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences; use insights to refine messaging and drive cross-functional alignment.

Lead and stand up executive communications for Cohere: refine strategy, manage a small team, drive executive content (speaking, op-eds, social), enable rapid response and crisis readiness, oversee speaking engagements and storytelling, partner cross-functionally to amplify executive thought leadership for regulated enterprise and government audiences.

Lead creation of high-impact policy narratives, speeches, reports, and events that translate complex AI technology into persuasive messaging for regulators and executives. Own end-to-end policy marketing, executive content, technical briefings, and cross-functional coordination to shape global AI regulatory conversations and mitigate reputational risk.

Build and lead a global External Affairs function to shape policy narratives for enterprise AI. Develop strategy, cultivate partnerships with think tanks, academia, and civil society, drive third-party validation, manage coalitions and industry associations, align internal stakeholders, and convene high-level events to amplify Cohere's responsible AI position.

Build and scale ML-optimized HPC infrastructure, manage Kubernetes-based GPU/TPU superclusters, optimize for AI/ML training, and mentor teams while innovating in ML infrastructure.
