Partners with engineering, quality, supply chain, test teams, and contract manufacturers to improve manufacturability, assembly quality, yield, and production readiness.

Design, develop, and validate mechanical hardware for electronic assemblies and power conversion systems. Create 3D CAD models and production drawings, apply GD&T and DFM, support testing/qualification, manufacturing transition, and continuous improvement. Participate in design reviews, resolve engineering issues, and provide project updates. Occasional travel and intermittent overtime may be required.

Design and layout complex multilayer PCBs for advanced automotive electronic systems. Apply PCB layout, signal integrity, EMC/EMI, and manufacturing best practices while collaborating with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Support product validation and design reviews throughout the product development lifecycle, using PCAD and DX Designer in a global engineering environment.

Lead development and delivery execution of vehicle control ECUs, coordinating electrical hardware, suppliers, integration, and cross-functional teams. Create schedules, identify and mitigate program risks, drive design reviews and pre-production builds, manage documentation and budgets, and report status and risks to ensure synchronized vehicle deliveries.

Lead Advanced Hardware Engineering (AHE) operations and AI enablement: run quarterly planning, budgeting, JIRA hygiene, configuration management, and define/deploy LLM-based automation tools across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Suite to increase TPM and engineering productivity. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and report program status, risks, and issues to leadership.
