On-site Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring conforming PCBAs from a strategic supplier through production and quality surveillance, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, corrective action verification, and regular reporting. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve technical and operational issues and deliver weekly status, action trackers, risk/recovery follow-ups, and recommendations to improve supplier performance.

Develop and maintain C/C++ firmware for a Battery Management System, design software to meet UL standards, implement sensor/actuator control, perform hardware bring-up and testing, debug field issues, support CI/unit/integration testing, and follow formal development processes.

Lead development, procurement, commissioning, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and assembly processes. Provide DFM/DFA feedback, manage vendors and integrators, support production launches and ramp, develop SOPs and process documentation, troubleshoot equipment/process failures, and train operators. Drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, throughput, and reliability targets across high-volume production environments.

Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable manufacturing test systems and automated test equipment. Integrate instrumentation, DAQ, PLCs, and MES/databases; develop test software, operator interfaces, and data collection. Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, validation, and factory ramp-up activities while ensuring safety, traceability, and documentation for high-volume production.
