Build and lead WEKA’s competitive and market intelligence capability for the AI infrastructure market. Research competitors, pricing, packaging, market trends, customer needs, and ecosystem dynamics; translate findings into positioning, battlecards, deal strategies, product insights, executive briefings, and field enablement. Establish intelligence systems, workflows, feedback loops, and measurement programs while partnering with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and executive leadership. Lead and own end-to-end LLM inference infrastructure, direct a small engineering squad, design and deliver high-throughput low-latency serving systems, remain hands-on (Python/C++/CUDA), solve inference-scale problems (KV caching, RDMA, NVMe, multi-tier GPU memory), and mentor engineers.
