Leads Oishii’s controls engineering function, including automation system design, electrical and controls deployment, commissioning, maintenance, controls strategy, vendor management, and large-scale capital projects. Builds and manages a controls engineering team, coordinates with engineering, operations, maintenance, and plant science groups, oversees budgets and timelines, ensures safety and code compliance, and develops executive-level roadmaps for globally deployed indoor farming systems.

Build across SCADA communications, perception, motion planning, and robotic controls; translate requirements into production-ready software; validate through simulation and field testing; troubleshoot deployments; and collaborate with robotics, hardware, controls, and operations teams to improve system reliability.

Regional Sales Manager responsible for growing Oishii’s business across North Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Westchester, Rockland County, and nearby markets. The role manages retail partnerships, sales targets, inventory, merchandising standards, distribution, field marketing, sampling, partner agencies, and potentially junior sales staff. This field-based position requires frequent regional travel, recurring weekend store visits, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
