The role supports 24x7 reliability through on-call participation and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, cloud, security, and compliance teams.

Design scalable AI-enabled marketing solutions by analyzing workflows, mapping current-state operations, defining data pipelines and integrations, selecting AI vendors, and ensuring security, governance, and enterprise alignment for MarTech AI deployments.
