Lead functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Business Central. Gather and document requirements, configure solutions for project planning, resource scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, time/expense, and project accounting. Facilitate workshops, create functional specs and user guides, lead testing and UAT, support integrations, deliver training, and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery.
