Sell Rogo's enterprise AI through strategic alliances with Big 4 and global systems integrators. Build and manage partner GTM, enable partner sales teams, develop C-suite relationships, run discovery and proofs of value, construct executive business cases, navigate security and compliance reviews, close multi-year enterprise licenses, and ensure successful post-sale rollouts and upsells to hit ARR targets.

The People Operations Manager will oversee onboarding, performance review cycles, engagement surveys, HR tools management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and talent management.

Own Mid-Market sales operations for a fast-growing SaaS/fintech segment: design processes and territories, maintain Salesforce and GTM stack, run reporting and forecasts, partner cross-functionally to scale revenue operations.

Lead marketing systems, data, and measurement: own the tech stack and attribution, manage demand generation operations, ensure data integrity with Salesforce, build reporting and insights for pipeline and ROI, and align Marketing with Sales and RevOps.

Lead Rogo's global content and data partnerships: define strategy, negotiate novel licensing deals, build commercial models for AI-native content, manage senior provider relationships, and translate partner requirements into product, legal, and commercial outcomes.

Lead monetization strategy and enterprise deal structuring as Rogo transitions to consumption-based pricing. Own pricing, packaging, deal desk approvals, commercial guardrails, CPQ/billing systems, and commercialization reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to accelerate closes, drive expansion in large financial accounts, and build reporting infrastructure that informs pricing and sales playbooks.

Serve as Rogo's finance domain expert in client-facing sales: lead tailored demos, design and run proof-of-value exercises, build executive relationships, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering, translate customer needs into product improvements, and drive evaluations to closed deals.

Lead the demand generation initiatives at Rogo, focusing on strategy, execution, and reporting to drive pipeline through various marketing channels.

Lead development of Rogo's native iOS app, implementing features using Swift and SwiftUI, while establishing mobile practices and collaborating with teams.

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Run QBRs, build account success plans, monitor customer health, manage escalations, identify upsell opportunities, and relay client feedback to product and engineering.
