The Product Marketing Manager will lead product launches, develop marketing frameworks, create sales enablement materials, and monitor market trends to establish Rogo as an AI finance leader.

Own partnership lifecycle, train users, build joint solutions with product and engineering, measure KPIs, and help land multi-million dollar contracts. Act as voice of the customer, ensure strong user experiences, and solve production LLM and AI product challenges.

The Scaled Customer Success Manager at Rogo will manage a portfolio of clients, driving adoption, retention, and expansion through scalable programs and engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include portfolio management, data-driven interventions, and optimizing the customer journey in collaboration with various teams.
