Responsibilities include investigating workplace concerns, managing grievances and misconduct cases, guiding performance management and corrective actions, partnering with union representatives, administering collective bargaining agreements, ensuring employment-law compliance, coaching leaders, supporting engagement initiatives, analyzing employee relations trends, and potentially supervising HR staff.

Supports HR operations for an airport services station, including employee relations, investigations, attendance programs, records management, HR transactions, onboarding, leaves, separations, badging, compliance, payroll coordination, reporting, training, and employee communications. Provides policy and benefits guidance, partners with station leadership and recruiting, maintains confidentiality, and helps resolve employee data discrepancies while promoting an inclusive workplace.

Manage aviation station safety operations, leading Duty Managers, Safety Specialists, and GSE Specialists. Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAA, and TSA requirements; oversee inspections, audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, safety training, safety KPIs, equipment management, drug-testing protocols, and safety committee activities. Partner with customers and station leadership to mitigate risks, improve operational safety, and maintain a compliant ground-handling environment.
