Develop integrated plans, manage cross-functional execution, resolve blockers, support contracts and proposals, ensure DFARS and ITAR compliance, communicate status to leadership and customers, and recover challenged programs. The role requires an engineering background, technical judgment, strong execution discipline, and experience in regulated or government contracting environments.

Designs, tests, and documents high-speed Xilinx FPGA systems and embedded applications for space and national security products. Responsibilities include developing HDL architectures, embedded Linux solutions, system simulations, image-processing and camera systems, and interfaces using Camera Link and SpaceWire. Leads end-to-end technical execution for vertical takeoff and vertical landing vehicle programs. Owns vehicle architecture, requirements, interfaces, performance margins, technical risks, design reviews, qualification, integrated and flight testing, and operational readiness. Serves as the senior technical authority, resolves cross-functional engineering issues, and coordinates with manufacturing, test, and operations to deliver safe, manufacturable, testable vehicles within budget and schedule.

Leads systems engineering across compute, camera, and radio portfolios, including requirements development, architecture, interface definition, integration, verification, qualification, testing, and lifecycle oversight. Coordinates technical teams, develops specifications and test plans, performs trade studies, and ensures customer requirements are satisfied. The role requires embedded software, flight and ground systems, processor, communications protocol, and technical leadership experience.

Leads complex mechanical test programs, including test assembly, integration, instrumentation, custom fixture design, data acquisition, statistical analysis, and troubleshooting. Applies systems engineering, requirements verification, risk management, CAD, GD&T, structural, thermal, dynamic, and CFD analysis. Supports rocket motor design and testing, ballistics, avionics, project management, procurement, and technical documentation. Requires extensive mechanical engineering experience and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
