Own the B2B SaaS support queue from first response through Tier 1 and Tier 2 resolution. Triage and escalate issues, manage Intercom workflows, automations, AI-assisted tools, saved replies, and help center content, and handle account administration requests. Analyze ticket patterns, communicate product feedback, maintain SLA and support metrics, improve processes, and coordinate documentation updates.
