The Outbound Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities for Bloomerang, engage potential nonprofit customers, and set qualified meetings for Account Executives while maintaining accurate sales data.

Lead product discovery and delivery for a nonprofit persona: deeply understand customers, define outcomes, prototype and test solutions, and ship AI-enabled features. Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to measure impact and continuously improve product experiences.

The Account Executive will manage a sales pipeline, drive outbound efforts, oversee the sales process, and engage with the nonprofit community to educate them about Bloomerang's software and services.
