The Summer Analyst role involves analyzing leveraged buyouts and private equity investments, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and preparing investment memorandums within a collaborative team environment.

Lead and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions while acting as a hands-on technical product owner. Mentor and manage a Salesforce team, translate business needs into technical specifications, scope and prioritize work, oversee integrations and release management, and drive delivery using Agile/Waterfall methods. Perform financial modeling, qualitative and quantitative research, analyze PPMs and financials, prepare Investment Committee materials, conduct reference calls, monitor portfolio performance, and present recommendations.

Support venture capital and growth equity investor relations by handling due diligence requests, coordinating compliance submissions, creating fund marketing content, managing CRM and fundraising data, maintaining data rooms and subscription documents, and assisting investor communications and client service tasks.

Support the investment team with quantitative modeling, company/manager/industry research, due diligence, investment monitoring, and written investment recommendations and memos; maintain proprietary transaction and market intelligence and complete ad hoc projects.
