Lead design and implementation of Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) activities for EpiC Jamaica. Provide technical guidance, capacity building, partner coordination, reporting, and quality assurance; supervise consultants and support MOHW to strengthen RCCE systems, training, rumor monitoring, and integrated outbreak preparedness.

Lead implementation of the Lifting Futures workforce development project, managing a cross-departmental team, budgets, subawards, MERL and communications plans, stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring compliance with funder and organizational policies to meet training and community engagement objectives.
