Lead and mentor a small team of Technical Project Managers to deliver complex, cross-functional software integrations for utility customers. Manage full project lifecycle (planning, requirements, resourcing, configuration, QA, training, go‑live, closure), communicate with stakeholders and executives, own customer expectations, maintain delivery processes and documentation, and evolve project management methodologies and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
