Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and C-suite, manage complex travel and confidential information, lead planning and execution of high-visibility programs and events, oversee office operations and vendor relationships, prepare executive communications, and independently manage cross-functional projects.

Lead a team of 3-4 engineers to build scalable ad platform services, APIs, and SDKs. Drive architecture and technical direction, collaborate with Product and ML teams, enforce engineering standards, perform design and code reviews, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and participate in hiring and team development.

Build and maintain user-facing eCommerce features and scalable backend services/APIs. Collaborate on architecture, design reviews, and product planning; optimize performance and implement engineering best practices; mentor teammates and communicate across product, design, and engineering.
