Own the full sales cycle for WRITER’s enterprise AI agent platform: prospect and qualify strategic enterprise accounts, drive net-new revenue, lead executive negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions, manage pipeline forecasting, and support smooth deployments with product and customer success.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise B2B SaaS customers: triage and resolve complex production issues, debug Python and no-code agents, investigate integrations and REST APIs, use monitoring tools, build automation/diagnostic scripts, and escalate product defects. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the platform and customer outcomes.

Partner with enterprise customers to identify and implement generative AI use cases. Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, Knowledge Graph, and LLMs. Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solutions, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive adoption and expansion to maximize customer ROI.
