Own escalation management, market strategy, KPI and operational performance, competitive intelligence, new-build support, renewal readiness, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business and customer outcomes.

Provide white-glove onboarding and technical support to new customers: handle high call volume, schedule installations, troubleshoot IPTV and internet services, explain billing, and act as primary liaison to deepen engagement and ensure high-quality service.
