Lead executive relationships at strategic accounts to drive measurable value from Arkestro's predictive procurement platform. Define success metrics, own renewal/expansion motions, design customer engagement and onboarding, identify and remediate at-risk accounts, build advocacy and reference programs, influence product roadmap, and help build the Customer Outcomes function and scalable playbooks across Sales, Professional Services, and Product.
