Hire and develop senior engineering talent, ensure reliability/performance/risk controls, partner with product, compliance, risk, and legal, and make high-level build-vs-buy and architecture decisions while remaining technically hands-on.

Lead and own daily crypto and fiat settlement and trading operations: investigate and resolve breaks, run reconciliations, manage trade lifecycle, automate tasks with Python, run partner go-lives, use LLM tooling, build operational dashboards, and serve as technical SME and on-call responder.

Serve as the final escalation for complex client integrations and distributed system issues. Troubleshoot code and APIs, build tooling and observability, lead incident response and RCAs, advocate product engineering changes, and mentor the support team to improve diagnostics and automation.

Lead the development of tokenization infrastructure, manage engineering teams, ensure product alignment, contribute to technical planning, and maintain coding proficiency.

Drive sales efficiency through data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and sales tool/process optimization. Build dashboards, model forecasts, support deal desk, and work cross-functionally to remove friction and scale sales operations.
