Supports civil site design for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, access roads, earthwork, stormwater calculations, construction documents, and quantity takeoffs. Works under Senior Engineers, coordinates with project stakeholders, and may travel to project sites for field data collection and client or contractor interaction.

Supports project managers with schedule development, budget and invoice tracking, status reporting, dashboards, resource planning, client communications, meeting logistics, and action-item tracking. The intern also assists with basic design assignments and architectural document maintenance across multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, renewable energy, and power projects.

Assists Senior Engineers with construction documents, technical reports, field reviews, data analysis, estimates, and client coordination. The intern develops proficiency in Civil 3D and related design software while applying civil engineering coursework to real-world projects and occasionally traveling to project sites.

Requires enrollment in an undergraduate Civil Engineering program, communication skills, occasional outdoor site work, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
