Perform economic research and modeling, synthesize financial and labor-market data, and produce forecasts and visual reports. Build and optimize Power BI semantic models, run SQL analyses, create DAX/MDX measures, and automate workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, change initiatives, and risk with periodic travel to project sites.

Support licensed civil engineers by producing design and construction drawings, preparing entitlement documents, coordinating with agencies, performing quantity calculations, and developing plans using AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office tools while pursuing EIT/PE licensure.

Provide first-line IT support: manage ServiceDesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software, image and deploy computers, support office equipment and telecommunications, maintain inventory, escalate issues, and document support processes while assisting business staff.

Oversee daily office operations, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate onboarding and local events, supervise administrative assistant, support Vantagepoint/Deltek ERP, ensure front-desk coverage and a professional, safe workplace.
