Lead enterprise learning and talent development strategy across the organization, overseeing LMS and digital platforms, leadership and onboarding programs, talent management, succession planning, coaching, training measurement, budgeting, and post‑M&A integration in partnership with senior leaders and HR.

Partner with division leaders to align people strategies to project objectives for a multi-disciplinary, project-driven workforce. Lead workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance (including prevailing wage/certified payroll), compensation guidance, and culture/engagement. Provide in-house corporate legal support focusing on drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and subconsultant contracts; oversee disputes, subpoenas, and litigation; manage outside counsel; ensure compliance (including government contracting FAR/DFARS flow-downs); develop contract templates and playbooks; advise business leaders and cross-functional teams on risk and legal strategy.

Manage day-to-day office operations for a professional environment including budgets, vendor management, onboarding support, event coordination, front-desk coverage, and supervision/training of local administrative staff. Serve as local ERP (Vantagepoint/Deltek) resource, coordinate with IT and leadership, maintain office facilities and safety participation, and support employee engagement and town-hall activities. Part-time role averaging 20–25 hours weekly.

Support electrical drafting and construction document production for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Produce site layouts, wiring/cable routing, one-lines, equipment schedules using AutoCAD, coordinate with design disciplines, perform quantity takeoffs, and follow CAD/design standards under senior engineer guidance.

Lead and grow the data center business across the East Coast by executing strategic plans, driving organic revenue and client relationships, overseeing proposals and contracts, mentoring multi-disciplined teams, ensuring project delivery, and managing financial and operational KPIs to maximize market share and profitability.

Provide high-level paralegal and administrative support to General Counsel and legal team on real estate, commercial, and transactional matters, managing due diligence, document drafting/review, closings, licensing compliance, e-signature workflows, calendars, and process improvements while coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel.
