Leads U.S. commercialization and scale-up of MISUMI’s Smart Vending business. Responsibilities include securing and executing pilot programs, validating customer demand and operating economics, building scalable workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, and expanding successful pilots into additional machines, sites, and accounts. Owns revenue, gross profit, utilization, assortment, pricing, replenishment efficiency, customer adoption, and service-quality improvements while supporting the March 2027 Go/No-Go decision.

Support scalable delivery (in-person, hybrid, self-paced) and contribute to the QMS.

The Vice President of Production Operations leads operational readiness, ensuring effective execution of production programs, managing supply chain strategies, and fostering team development while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define and execute Americas logistics and warehousing strategy; lead multi-site DC operations, inbound/outbound logistics, carrier management, trade compliance/imports, P&L oversight, WMS/TMS/ERP optimization, and AI/automation adoption. Requires cross-regional enablement and ~25-40% travel.

Requires customer-facing leadership, engineering knowledge, and experience with NPD, NPI, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, 3D printing, and assembly.

Drive revenue growth across strategic Factory Automation accounts by developing account strategies, engaging engineering and purchasing stakeholders, delivering consultative sales and presentations, managing forecasts and pipeline, identifying opportunities and customer needs, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to support business development and product adoption.
