Lead enterprise technical implementations from pre-sale discovery and solution design through go-live, volume migration, and handover. Own API architecture, integrations, Statements of Work, scope, milestones, risks, escalations, and customer communications. Partner with sales, solutions developers, product, engineering, CSM, and support teams while troubleshooting API issues and documenting solutions.

The role involves managing the full sales cycle for Easyship's largest accounts, building enterprise opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their needs into logistics solutions.
