Manage delivery of Bailiwick professional services across multiple customers and projects: develop project plans, manage finances and margins, coordinate vendors, track milestones, handle change/issue/risk management, ensure quality control and customer satisfaction, facilitate meetings and project closeouts, and support portfolio-level planning and account relationships.

Lead strategy, governance, and performance of outsourced services partners. Manage partner selection, onboarding, contracts, COIs, and vendor data. Develop partner rating systems, KPIs/SLAs, reporting, and skills matrices. Drive process improvements, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring and leading a global team to ensure high-quality technical delivery and compliance.

Lead design, deployment, and automation of GPU-accelerated, virtualized, and containerized hybrid data center infrastructures. Implement GPU platforms, high-speed networking, virtualization (VMware), Kubernetes clusters, and storage integrations. Troubleshoot performance, provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver customer-facing solutions with occasional travel.

Provide expert-level service-provider network and systems support in a Managed Services Center. Deliver full lifecycle solutions (design, implementation, troubleshooting), own incidents end-to-end, participate in on-call rotation, lead technical projects, document work in ticketing systems, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex networking issues.
