Analyze large claims datasets, build reporting, and translate data into clear insights to support Claims KPIs and OKRs. Partner with operations leaders, improve data quality and reporting accuracy, support strategic initiatives, and provide analytics to Director-level leadership to inform decisions and drive performance improvements.

Handle inbound B2B calls to assess commercial insurance needs, recommend tailored coverage (Commercial Auto, BOP, Workers Comp, Liability), close sales, identify cross-sell opportunities, and meet call-center KPIs while maintaining product knowledge and providing excellent customer service.

Defend first-party insurance lawsuits in Florida courts. Research law, prepare briefs/opinions, handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions and examinations under oath, and represent GEICO at trials and hearings. Provide liability and damages opinions to Claims, document files professionally, and travel for court appearances and meetings as required.

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) auto claims support via incoming calls: collect accident facts and statements, investigate claim details, resolve customer concerns, guide policyholders through coverage and next steps, and drive customer satisfaction. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and strong customer service skills.

Manage and lead internal and external investigations, affirmative fraud litigation, and related corporate litigation. Coordinate with business partners and outside counsel, oversee discovery, interviews, document review, assess legal and reputational risk, and provide business-focused advice and litigation strategy.

Design, build, and deploy large-scale distributed AI/ML applications (IVR, voice, chat) including multi-agent systems and LLMs. Collaborate with product and data science, ensure reliability, scalability, monitoring, and bring research-driven innovations into production using cloud, containers, and IaC practices.

Support and evolve GEICO's Insider Threat Program by detecting, hunting, and investigating malicious insider activity. Lead complex investigations end-to-end, design proactive hunts, perform risk assessments for sensitive assets, improve program metrics and controls, produce clear reports for technical and executive audiences, and foster cross-functional alignment.

Lead platform engineering teams to deliver highly available, compliant file-transfer and PaaS platforms. Drive modernization to self-service, enforce architecture standards, manage delivery, risks, budgeting, metrics, hiring, and team development while ensuring security, compliance, and cross-team alignment.

Lead vision, strategy, and delivery of runtime intelligence and personalization platforms. Build scalable, low-latency systems for context, memory, retrieval (RAG), and real-time inference. Define KPIs, observability, and optimization strategies. Drive cross-functional execution, hire and develop teams, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver AI-powered personalization at scale.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable production generative AI/LLM solutions and agentic workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally, define technical roadmaps, integrate with GEICO's AI platform, select tools, ensure production reliability, and mentor engineers to deliver business-facing AI products.
