Manage and evolve z/OS mainframe infrastructure and storage (DFSMS, DFSMShsm, DASD/tape). Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture across complex programs: define platform strategy, run discovery and design workshops, establish governance and standards, review designs and integrations, mentor delivery teams, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned to business outcomes.
