Support DR/resiliency, compliance, and participate in on-call and recovery tests. Role requires onsite presence in Phoenix, AZ.

Administer and maintain CICS Transaction Server environments (install, upgrade, patch, configure regions), monitor and tune transaction performance using tools like OMEGAMON/MainView/TMON, perform migrations and troubleshooting, and support production, test and DR systems with on-call responsibilities.

Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture across complex programs: define platform strategy, run discovery and design workshops, establish governance and standards, review designs and integrations, mentor delivery teams, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned to business outcomes.
