Leads finance and accounting operations across multiple aerospace companies, including monthly close, GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, M&A diligence and integration, SOX compliance, audits, risk management, and public-company reporting. Oversees Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Intelligence, payroll, benefits, ERP, and HRIS functions while developing finance leadership and supporting strategic initiatives.

Owns the DER Business Unit’s P&L, growth strategy, pricing, customer relationships, repair development pipeline, contracts, and operating plan. Partners with Sales and Engineering to accelerate FAA-approved repair solutions, expand the portfolio, improve profitability, and convert engineering output into new business. Leads quarterly business reviews, uses analytics to guide decisions, and fosters an accountable, entrepreneurial culture. The role is in-office in Euless, Texas, or Hauppauge, New York, with 25%–40% travel.
