Optimize traffic allocation, buyer payout thresholds, dynamic pricing, tiering rules, buyer rejection mitigation, and routing strategies to maximize revenue and margin. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on intent prediction, bidding logic, and allocation algorithms. Translate marketplace economics into SQL and Looker models, engineering requirements, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team, provide technical guidance, drive architecture and engineering excellence, manage sprint execution, collaborate on product roadmaps, ensure scalable and reliable systems, foster continuous improvement, and support recruiting and onboarding. The role requires balancing technical strategy with business impact while developing high-performing engineers.

Own the company’s primary insurance conversion funnel and revenue performance. Lead Product Managers, define long-term funnel strategy, optimize Revenue Per Visitor and conversion, segment traffic and user journeys, establish quantitative benchmarks, prioritize roadmaps by ROI, apply advanced experimentation methods, and improve metric visibility. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams while coaching teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
