Designs, develops, installs, upgrades, and supports equipment and process systems for commercial dealer locations. Leads mechanical engineering for tire manufacturing equipment, including machine design, installations, upgrades, continuous improvement, risk assessments, fabrication, testing, commissioning, and operational support. Manages projects ranging from $50,000 to $5 million, coordinates vendors and contractors, develops engineering drawings and bills of materials, and ensures safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements are met. The role is primarily plant-floor based in a high-temperature, high-noise manufacturing environment.

Serve as strategic HR leader for a high-volume manufacturing plant, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, HR operations, and safety culture. Drive data-informed decisions, lead complex investigations, support labor strategy and staffing for hourly and salaried roles, and deploy enterprise HR programs to improve engagement, capability, and operational performance.

Maintains plant process specifications and standards for quality, productivity, cost, and product performance. Conducts trials and experiments for new products and manufacturing processes, analyzes production and laboratory data, investigates material and machine issues, identifies root causes, and develops corrective actions. Provides technical support for nonconforming products, reduces waste, improves processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on manufacturing problem-solving and process improvement.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including managing office supplies, preparing purchase orders, sorting and shipping mail and packages, copying documents, maintaining mail and copy room equipment, and entering data into office systems. Works under moderate supervision and communicates information requiring basic explanation or interpretation.
