Hunter-focused enterprise account manager responsible for driving revenue and new-logo acquisition across NY/NJ. Develop territory plans with a Pre-Sales SE, manage complex sales cycles, produce proposals/RFP responses, deliver presentations, and build executive and technical relationships. Leverage partners and internal teams to win competitive deals, run POCs and TCO analyses, and ensure pre- and post-sales customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding quota.

Develop and grow strategic channel partner relationships to drive revenue and market share for enterprise storage and cyber resilience solutions. Recruit, enable, and train partners, execute joint go-to-market and marketing plans, support partner-led opportunities, and meet quarterly and annual booking and revenue targets.

Own end-to-end development of storage management and automation tools: design and implement Python CLI and libraries, extend Ansible Collection modules, maintain containerized services, manage multi-distribution packaging and GitLab CI/CD, investigate field exceptions, and validate/promote releases across heterogeneous host and hypervisor environments.

Owns presales technical evaluations, customer onboarding, field troubleshooting, lab and acceptance testing, and first-line triage for enterprise storage products. Runs demos and POCs, performs on-site installs, maintains lab environments, validates releases, manages Jira triage, and documents procedures and release notes.

The Channel Manager will recruit and maintain relationships with partners, implement plans for channel sales, and drive performance.
