Collects, analyzes, and validates aircraft system data; prepares and publishes monthly CASS reports; monitors mechanical interruptions, service difficulties, and adverse trends; reports qualifying events to the FAA; compiles fleet-level statistics; identifies irregularities; and submits data reports to manufacturers, regulatory agencies, and other entities.
