Lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale robotic automation and material handling projects from site preparation through system acceptance. Leads large-scale warehouse automation projects from site preparation through system acceptance. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, finance, installation, commissioning, operations, suppliers, contractors, and customers while managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, and opportunities. Facilitates stakeholder communication, drives timely decisions, ensures on-budget delivery, and may mentor other project managers. The role is travel-based, with substantial customer-site and construction-site work involving PPE, physical access requirements, and safety protocols.

Lead mechanical and structural design for mobile robotic systems from concept through commercialization. Perform FEA, tolerance analysis, prototyping, testing, and design optimization. Collaborate with electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, and quality teams. Produce ANSI Y14.5-compliant drawings with GD&T, manage BOMs and ECOs in PLM, troubleshoot design issues, and support manufacturability, integration, and continuous improvement. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Drive customer success and automation-system performance by analyzing operational data, developing KPIs and reports, conducting root-cause analysis, and leading improvement initiatives. Partner with engineering, operations, product, and customer teams to optimize reliability and efficiency, translate insights into corrective actions, facilitate customer reviews, and support cross-functional technical and operational problem-solving. The role requires frequent onsite work in industrial environments, physical activity, safety compliance, and substantial travel.

Manage procurement strategy and execution for new product introductions, retrofits, and cross-functional programs. Partner with engineering, program management, sourcing, suppliers, and category teams to manage costs, purchase orders, supplier selection, risks, schedules, and quality. Support approved vendor list adoption, value engineering, lifecycle sourcing, cost modeling, and transition to steady-state operations. Report procurement metrics and escalate material, financial, and execution risks to leadership.
