Leads integration, functional, regression, and system-level testing across distributed software, robotics, APIs, services, and hardware-in-the-loop environments. The role owns test planning, risk assessment, defect triage, release-quality decisions, automation improvements, and validation under load. It partners with engineering, automation, and product teams, mentors peers, improves test strategy and tooling, and strengthens release readiness across integrated software stacks.

Design, develop, and scale real-time distributed full-stack applications integrating cloud services with on-premise warehouse systems. Build browser-based applications and event-driven integrations using C# .NET, Node.js, React, REST APIs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and SignalR. Own software architecture and lifecycle, including testing, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring. Design and deploy AI-driven security automations, internal applications, copilots, and agentic workflows. Integrate solutions with enterprise security, IT, compliance, and business platforms while implementing secure approval controls, governance, and AI guardrails. Automate access reviews, software approvals, compliance evidence collection, and vulnerability processes. Partner cross-functionally to deliver production systems, measure risk and efficiency improvements, and support penetration testing and red-team initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain safety-critical embedded software for robotic warehouse automation systems using modern C++ on QNX and POSIX platforms. Integrate hardware, peripherals, communication protocols, and vendor SDKs; build Python-based HIL testing; support functional safety analyses, audits, compliance, CI pipelines, tooling, and cross-functional engineering efforts. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Design, develop, test, and deliver control algorithms and software for autonomous mobile robots performing navigation, localization, manipulation, and case handling. Collaborate with robotics, software, product, and engineering teams; troubleshoot production issues; improve reliability, testability, and system performance; and support successful customer deployments.

Conduct resonance, concept validation, and usability testing for robotics interfaces and software. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data through interviews, surveys, and observations, then translate findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to improve user experiences, advocate for user-centered design, and support intuitive supply chain automation products.

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies for robotics and automation systems. Lead design-for-manufacturability analysis, manufacturing readiness reviews, and new product transfers into production. Manage tooling and capital investments, perform FEA and tolerance analysis, troubleshoot design challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, quality engineering, project management, and external manufacturing teams to improve scalability, reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Designs, implements, and runs software tests for autonomous mobile robot drive and pick-and-place capabilities. Develops simulation-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing, integration tests, and scalable testing frameworks. Uses Python, Bash, data-log parsing, and analysis to validate robot behavior and performance. Collaborates with developers, performs system-level debugging and root-cause analysis, and troubleshoots hardware and software issues in production and design environments.

Design and review PCB layouts, manage Altium Designer tools and libraries, integrate designs with PLM systems, and establish PCB standards. Lead component strategy, qualification, lifecycle management, cost reduction, alternate-part validation, and supply-chain resilience. Support legacy design migration and cross-functional engineering teams while applying signal integrity, power distribution, EMC, and manufacturing principles.
