The role leads a Market Development Manager, oversees prospecting and renewals, represents the company through events and thought leadership, and collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. It requires deep youth baseball and softball ecosystem expertise, established industry relationships, and experience closing organization-level partnerships.

Lead Double Good’s education segment by developing growth strategy, securing large-scale partnerships with education organizations, managing major partner relationships and renewals, directing event and prospecting efforts, and representing the company through thought leadership. The role also coaches a Market Development Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to increase education fundraisers and partnership revenue.

Own Double Good’s youth soccer segment by developing growth strategy, securing and renewing partnerships with clubs, leagues, associations, and platforms, managing key organizer relationships, selecting and leading event participation, generating market insights, and representing the company in soccer. The role also coaches a Market Development Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to grow fundraising activity and revenue.

Own marketing analytics for acquisition, retention, lifecycle, segmentation, channel performance, and marketing spend. Build certified Looker reporting, diagnose campaign and cohort performance, measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality, and payback, and deliver actionable recommendations to Marketing leadership. Partner with Data Science on churn and lookalike models and collaborate on experimentation, customer journey analysis, and market development insights.

Support month-end close, financial and other audits, corporate and sales tax coordination, treasury management, fixed assets, capital expenditures, and internal controls. Partner cross-functionally to improve financial accuracy, reporting, documentation, and operational processes. Maintain reliable financial information and support scalable financial governance through analysis, reconciliation, project management, and process improvement.

Lead the BI team and define a two-year strategy for certified Looker dashboards, governed metrics, self-service analytics, and AI-generated summaries. Manage 2–3 BI professionals, oversee the end-to-end dashboard lifecycle, establish semantic-layer requirements and data-quality standards, drive adoption, and partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales leaders. The role also requires hands-on Looker development, SQL, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional delivery.

Lead strategy, delivery, optimization, and support of Dynamics 365 F&O across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and advanced warehousing. Manage a cross-functional team, vendor/ISV relationships, Azure DevOps delivery, system governance, integrations, and lifecycle processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
