The Senior Accountant manages clinical trial accruals, prepaid expenses, R&D accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role ensures GAAP, ASC 730, SOX, and internal control compliance; reviews CRO and clinical site invoices; supports audits and technical accounting reviews; and partners with Clinical Operations, Legal, Procurement, FP&A, and vendors. It also contributes to process improvement, automation, and scalable accounting workflows.

Embed with a business domain to map workflows, design agent-enabled future-state processes, build and connect production automation (LLMs, agents, RAG), run and monitor agents with observability and evals, and partner with domain leaders to deliver measurable KPI improvements.
