Lead Hyro’s enterprise account management function, owning gross and net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion across health system customers. Build the account management team, playbooks, coverage model, forecasting rhythm, and QBR processes. Personally manage strategic accounts, executive relationships, negotiations, and procurement while translating AI outcomes into commercial growth. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to mitigate risk, drive adoption, and expand customer relationships.

Lead post-sale lifecycle and enterprise deployments of AI agents for healthcare. Manage end-to-end implementations, serve as primary client contact, monitor account health, coordinate Solution Architects and engineers, align with Account Managers on strategy, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Embed with strategic health-system accounts as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and expansion of Hyro's AI agents. Own client adoption journeys, deliver demos and training, translate requirements into deployment plans, advise on best practices, coordinate internal teams, and help define the playbook for this new function.
