Design, build, and operate scalable AWS-based platform infrastructure for data processing. Improve pipeline automation, monitoring, security, and reliability. Lead CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Scalr), network design, and incident response; collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotation. Integrate AI tools to streamline development and troubleshooting.

The Client Partner at Komodo Health is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, driving account growth, upselling services, and ensuring client satisfaction in a consulting context in the biopharma industry.

Manage end-to-end analytics projects, lead cross-functional teams, ensure client satisfaction, and utilize AI tools to enhance data insights.

Lead a major revenue segment, oversee SVPs and their teams, and drive predictable growth through pipeline discipline, forecasting, deal strategy, renewals, cross-functional alignment, and executive-level negotiations. Coach leaders, manage customer risk, and apply AI tools to improve forecast quality and scale coaching and execution.

The role involves building client relationships in large pharma, expanding business, driving software adoption, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Design and architect solutions for clients using Salesforce, lead requirement gathering, and collaborate with teams to deliver tailored solutions in healthcare.

Design, optimize, and govern Komodo's Snowflake-centered data infrastructure, integrate with Databricks and adjacent stores, reduce costs and improve query performance, implement monitoring/automation, establish metadata and RBAC governance, and coach teams on best practices to meet compliance and performance SLAs.

Design, build, operate, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and foundational data products for Komodo's Healthcare Map. Improve pipeline reliability, observability, and performance; transform claims and EHR datasets; implement data quality, lineage, and monitoring; debug production workflows; collaborate with product and engineering teams; and enable downstream analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Lead and build Komodo's procurement function end-to-end: administer the Zip procurement platform, develop procurement policy and controls, run RFP/RFI sourcing events, negotiate vendor contracts, and deliver measurable savings. Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to provide procurement reporting, vendor governance, and spend visibility to support FP&A and budgeting.
