As a Solutions Architect, you will act as the primary technical advisor to customers, guiding the architecture, design, and implementation of Glean within their business applications, onboarding new data sources, and expanding the use of Glean, while collaborating with product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

As a Solutions Architect at Glean, you will serve as the primary technical advisor post-sale, guiding customers in architecture, design, and implementation of Glean's solutions. You will onboard new data sources, implement custom integrations, provide training, and align technical plans with customer success teams to enhance Glean's adoption within their business environments.

The Enterprise Account Executive will source and close new accounts, navigate complex organizational structures, and collaborate with partners to drive customer success. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, delivering on revenue targets, and providing insights for other corporate functions. The role requires experience in selling to C-level executives and a strong technical understanding of software integrations and analytics.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to support multi-stakeholder sales processes, create custom demos, manage technical POC cycles, facilitate customer discovery calls, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
