The role prepares RFQs, comparison statements, purchase orders, valuations, and project documentation while coordinating with site teams, consultants, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain budgets and schedules.

Lead strategic finance initiatives, including business planning, long-range planning, financial modeling, unit economics, market sizing, and venture development. Support M&A, partnerships, capital financing, board presentations, and strategic decision-making. Build KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure for new ventures while partnering cross-functionally with business leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Partners with corporate leaders and employees across functions, locations, and levels to develop People strategies. Coaches managers, leads employee relations investigations, supports performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent and engagement initiatives, and change management. Uses People data to identify trends and inform decisions, collaborates with Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance, and helps build scalable policies and processes while ensuring compliance with multi-state employment requirements.

Design high-performing paid media creatives (static, motion, mixed-format), translate strategic briefs into on-brand work, collaborate with growth marketers and copywriters, analyze ad performance to iterate, and bring tactile, nature-inspired sensibility to digital campaigns.

Manage cost control and procurement for real estate development projects: perform quantity take-offs and BOQs, estimate costs, prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, administer contracts, track procurement and deliveries, liaise with site teams and vendors to keep projects within budget.

Owner of the on-site sales motion for prospective residents: conduct discovery conversations, tailor housing solutions, run tours and closings, use Flow's technology to track workflows and insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and cultivate local partnerships to drive resident conversion.

Build end-to-end software, workflow automations, and AI-enabled products that improve operations and resident experiences. Partner with business teams, move across the stack, run experiments, and own solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption.
